IT Administrator (In-House)
(Part Time 20 Hours Per Week)

Hereworks are looking for an enthusiastic, self – motivated individual to help
Administer our internal IT Systems alongside our outsourced 3rd Party IT Company.
The Group across all divisions has a diverse set of IT requirements but all are centred
around Microsoft Active Directory Services (Hybrid of On-prem + Azure AD), Office 365
Services and 3rd Party Cloud Hosted Software. There are very few on-prem server based
systems remaining other than for legacy purposes. 90% of our PC’s are Windows based
with a small number of Apple based systems used by our software developers in
Hereworks.
We are an ISO 27001 Registered company and pride ourselves on our IT and Security
Systems which are best in class. MDM/Endpoint Management is rolled out (Intune) and
enforced.
We are partnered with a Leading 3rd party outsourced IT company who handle first line
support and IT projects.

Mid-Level (Part-Time)
Reporting to:
Managing Director
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Contributing to the IT strategy for the internal company infrastructure - email, network, laptops, voice, servers, backups, etc
- Administrating IT related items for our ISO 27001 Information & Security Management Systems
- Liaising with our 3rd Party IT Provider
- Managing the internal IT Helpdesk (Freshdesk)
- First Line support for Office based IT & AV Systems
Detailed Duties:
- Infosec (Information Security) Tickets – Managing tickets that come into infosec including small IT queries
- Vulnerability Incidents – Managing Edgescan incidents
- IT Inductions – New User inductions/Training classes
- User IT Set-ups – Laptops/phones etc set-up for Users
- New IT equipment purchasing – new IT Equipment in conjunction with Procurement Manager
- SharePoint access to users
- Maintaining Office IT Equipment – Printers, Boardroom, Breakout Room and hot desk issues
- ISO 27001 - Admin work for ISO27001
- Microsoft Azure and Intune Rollout
- Endpoint management -Manage Users and Devices
- Consult with 3 rd Party IT Provider on issues i.e. Email Forward Rules, Intune issues, USB-block policy etc
- Quarterly Review Meetings with 3rd Party IT Provider
- Bi-Weekly Meetings with Management IT & ISMS
- Project Management of IT related Projects

Skills / Experience / Qualifications Required
- Fluent / Clear written and spoken English
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Should be honest, flexible, reliable and quick thinking
- Strong problem solving and decision-making skills
- Strong Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products
- Possess strong planning, organisational and team work skills
- Clean criminal record required. Reference and background checks will be carried out due to sensitive nature of the role.
Education Required:
- Leaving Cert or Equivalent
- CompTIA / CCNA / Microsoft Essentials or Similar
Experience Required:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in an IT support role or similar working with Microsoft Active Directory or Azure AD
- Experience working in an office environment
- Experience working in customer facing role
Salary:
DOE €14k -> €19k Per Annum for 20 Hours Per week
(Equivalent of €28k -> €38k Per Annum for full time role (40 hours per week)
Location:
Head Office, Ashbourne Co. Meath
Hours of Work:
20 Hours Per Week. 4 Hours Per day x 5 days (Flexible on when those 4
hours are – may suit school commute)
