What’s the opportunity? (Role)
We are currently seeking an ambitious, self-motivated, hard-working individual with a proven track record to become part of the Hereworks Team as a Network Engineer reporting to the Operations Manager.
This will be a rewarding and challenging career opportunity for the right Individual with a competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.
What do you need? (Desirability’s)
- A third level degree / diploma Computer Science, Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field would be an advantage
- 5 years of relevant experience
- CCNA Certification
- Experience with Cisco/Tandberg/Polycom MCUs, Video Communications Server, ISDN Gatekeeper, and endpoint products
- Experience with larger enterprise IP networks and related networking equipment
- Ability to provide technical and operational guidance for clients in establishing and operating video teleconferencing ad Unified Communications systems
- Experience with Wide Area Networks
- Routing and switching experience
The following skills/experience would be an advantage
- Experience with test equipment: Fluke etc
- Capable of systems analysis with highly complex technologies
- Familiarity with patch panels
- Knowledge of telecommunications fundamentals
- Quality assurance experience with both new and upgraded telecommunications systems
- Trainer/training experience
- Industry (AV)knowledge of customs and courtesies
- Experience with larger enterprise IP networks and related networking equipment
- Knowledge of Enterprise policies and procedures with regard to the installation, configuration, and management of IP Systems
- Experience with the development and presentation of briefings
- Microsoft certification - MCSA, MCP, MCS

Salary:
Depending on Experience
Ranging from €45,000 – €55,000
