AV Upgrade

EY wanted a modern way to engage with their customers in their bespoke 6996 square ft (650 sqm) Dublin office. To achieve this, they enlisted Hereworks to complete an AV upgrade to their systems.

Wavespace is EY's customer experience centre and to reach EY's goals, they wanted to integrate cutting-edge technology. Their Dublin office is on bustling Harcourt Street and Hereworks was in charge of the fit-out for the innovation centre, upgrading their office to bring their plans to life. These centres bring EY technology and business experts together with clients to achieve business transformation. It also allows them to show off their knowledge and leadership in creative new ways.  EY have 39 of these centres worldwide and they are hugely important to their business.

Our Solution

The client wanted to engage visitors coming to the office and to do this, Hereworks installed several new, innovative technologies. We did this by working with EY to understand more about their business and its goals. As a result, we learned how to best deliver what they had requested and to help expand their global network. The multipurpose space now boasts cutting-edge technology and above all, provides them with exactly what they needed.

The screens we installed allow EY to launch events, host town halls and collaborate with colleagues worldwide. The space features a music system that plays Spotify through the PA. There is also an impressive LED video wall in the reception area which immerses clients in the EY brand story the moment they walk into the space. We achieved this by installing a range of interactive screens and tools. This ICT upgrade stimulates idea generation in an open, flexible space for collaboration.

The centre has a Lab and a Studio where multidisciplinary teams collaborate on client projects. By delivering these upgrades, we assured that these spaces were designed to the highest technological specifications.
